Hixxy – AKA Ian Hicks – also takes a load of your questions. They include passionately rejecting claims hardcore was somehow a closed shop, and addressing the sensitive subject of the high-profile fallout between his old friends, leading hardcore duo DJ SY and MC STORM, who a number of years ago went their separate ways in controversial circumstances, which he describes as the “lowest point” of his career.
Finally, Ian insists he’s got no plans to ever retire from the hard dance scene and drops the exclusive bombshell that BONKERS is to return! (At least it would have been exclusive had SHARKEY not subsequently mentioned it on Facebook, the git!)
