R.O.A.R: Your place for rave interviews

Nostalgia for the ‘90s has never been greater – and especially for the rave scene which defined a generation.

Tunes, sets, and videos of events from the Decade of Rave generate millions of online views and listens as ravers young and old talk passionately and fondly about the much-loved era.

Yet there is no spoken word platform dedicated to the ‘90s rave scene…until now.

ROAR: The ‘90s Rave Podcast is a lively, fun, informative and emotive podcast series that will take you on a nostalgic trip back in time with stories, tales and mixes from the big-name DJs, MCs, producers, promoters and pirates who you got you dancing through the decade – and who you’ve loved ever since.

ROAR celebrates ‘90s rave culture with in-depth interviews with those who helped create the scene – and some of those who were inspired by it.

The podcast is hosted and produced by former talkSPORT presenter, journalist, ‘90s rave fanatic and bedroom DJ, Tom Latchem, with help from his rave-mad ROAR crew – in-house artist and social media guru Grantus Arts, with graphics whizz Mule and Sean B on recording and editing duties.

ROAR will also include features and competitions, plus interaction with the ravers who made the ‘90s rave scene so special.

And the good news is, whether you’re a rave devotee or simply have an interest in dance music, culture and British society – your name’s on the guestlist.
